About Promotion Codes and PTA

Q-1: Where can I get a promotion code?

A-1: ReadingCare.com is a PTA sponsor. (In some schools, the PTA is referred to as the PTSA, PTO, PTG, or HSA.) In order to get a discount of 25% when you purchase any program from ReadingCare, simply use the unique promotion code assigned to your school’s PTA. Please contact your school’s PTA for more information.

Once you complete your discounted purchase by using the promotion code, ReadingCare will donate 30% of the net amount of your purchase to your school’s PTA. (By net amount we mean the amount you have paid, less credit card processing fees, sales tax if applicable, and/or shipping and handling fees).

If your school’s PTA is not yet officially registered with ReadingCare.com, please notify your PTA chair of this fundraising opportunity! (A temporary promotion code is available for your convenience at the bottom section of this notice.)

Q-2: How do you ensure that my purchase will contribute to the fundraising for my school’s PTA, rather than other schools’?

A-2: Your PTA’s ReadingCare account has its own unique promotion code. Any purchase you make by using this promotion code will be registered in your PTA’s account. Additionally, your school’s PTA chair is given access to an administrative webpage that will enable him or her to confirm the details of every purchase in real time.

Q-3: Is there a temporary promotion code available?

A-3: Yes, there is! You can use a temporary promotion code to get a 25% discount, and ReadingCare’s donation to your school’s PTA – equivalent to 30% of your purchase – will be stored in a temporary account for up to one month, during which your PTA chair can officially register with ReadingCare. When your PTA’s unique promotion code is available, you can transfer the saved ReadingCare donation to your school’s account with a single click. Please make sure to call your school’s PTA chair and ask him or her to register your school with ReadingCare.com before the one-month holding period expires. The temporary promotion code is TEMP25.
